  • Basic service call rate of $40.00
  • Standard rate of $80 per hour
  • Data Transfer Fee - $70.00
  • Diagnostics/Troubleshooting Fee - $50.00
  • No charge to travel to your local home or business

Discount Rates

PCTS provides several discounts to include:

  • 15% discount off Standard Labor for military/government employees
  • 15% discount off Standard Labor for Senior Citizens (55 years and older)
  • Special rates for non-profit organizations.
